-Gym
-Make list of groceries to get to make stuff for Molly & Josh.
-Call MDS.
-Figure out how to cut hair tomorrow. (EEP!)

I did pretty well, actually. Need to call MDS still though... hm, maybe today.

-Call MDS
-Gym
-Hang out with Krutz
-Do not obsess about looking in mirror at new haircut (EEEEEEEEE! It's so cute!)

So I am all slacker-iffic over here too. Joy. Anyway.

Wednesday's goals:

-Really resign from job.
-Gym.

Go me. Since I last updated:

Thursday - dinner with boy. TV. Bed early. That was nice.
Friday - Paid bills (payday). Gym. Dinner with boy & Naomi. Bed by 2:00.
Saturday - Slept in. Bought new running shoes. Gym. Pizza with boy. Saw band with boy. Bed by 1:00.
Sunday - Slept in. Brunch with boy. Baby shower for cousin. Watched Sex & the City with Amanda, Ryan, Chad, Katrina, Gail, and Phil. Sleep at midnight.
Monday - Nap after work. Pilates at 7:30 except no instructor. Did abs instead. Made noodles for boy & his brother. Sleep at 11:30.

Today/tonight:

-Gym
-Make list of groceries to get to make stuff for Molly & Josh.
-Call MDS.
-Figure out how to cut hair tomorrow. (EEP!)

Ok out of my five goals for tuesday:

-Stop eating out.
-Quit drinking expensive alcohol at the bar.
-Apply for a second job.
-Go to gym.
-Do taxes.

I accomplished the first four. Go me.

And then if I apply the same goals to Wednesday, I didn't do any of them. Sigh.

But I think I got a new job! Actually, I know I got a new job. Eep.

Yay, I went to Pilates yesterday! My abs are VERY sore, but in a good working out kind of way.

As far as yesterday went:

-Stop eating out
-quit drinking expensive alcohol at the bar
-get second job
-go to pilates

Well, three out of four isn't too bad. Today's goals:

Ok, starting over this week... Am having major financial issues and need to start back up with the gym, as I am only mildly ill rather than approaching death.

Excerpt from email to the boyfriend about financial issues & what to do about them:

-stop eating out. Because dammit, I am a really good cook and so are you and it's stupid to be paying 6.95 for mediocre bar food which is greasy and bad for both of us. Also making enough for lunch the next day for both of us.

-along those same lines but more for me - remember to grab leftovers from whatever we made the night before as I'm leaving your house in the morning. That way I won't be eating out for lunch either. I should start leaving my purse in your fridge or something so I don't forget...

-quit drinking expensive alcohol at the bar and spend more time at home - a six pack for 7.99 is way cheaper than six beers at $3.50 each. Must remember that.

-I need to get a second job until I have things more under control, ie until my fines are paid off and I'm not in my parent's basement anymore. I might apply to work at target as I have a completely irrational love for that place anyway... we'll see. Mostly I want it to be either close to where I work already or close to your neighborhood, as that'll probably be where we find a place when all is said and done.


So yeah. Time to be the financial dominatrix I know I can be but but am SOOOOO lazy about being.

Also:

-Pilates.

Yay. Need to concentrate on this financial stuff for now I think... the diet stuff will improve if we're not eating out so much, I think.

Yesterday's goals:

-Get recording stuff done so as not to be behind anymore.
-Contact realtors re: scheduling.
-Make turkey, stock & that soup. Well, I didn't make the stock, but my mom is going to do that today. Did make the turkey & the soup.
-Finish laundry & put away clothes.
-Stick with south beach.

South beach wasn't nearly as hard this time around! I really think I wans't eating enough last time.

Today:

-Try and get SOME work done, even just a little. Having a hard time concentrating because of being sick, the medicine makes me spacy and all tingly.
-Stick with South Beach.
-Laundry.

That's not too ambitious but I think right now I need to concentrate on getting better and not on improving myself.

Weekend goals:

-Go to gym on Saturday for sure & Sunday hopefully.
-Have lunch at NY Burrito with Chad & don't eat complete crap.
-Mail car insurance. Seriously. They're going to drop it if they don't get some money soon.
-Make turkey, turkey stock, and that veggie soup Mac posted on her blog the other day.
-Do dinner & a movie with boy on Saturday.
-Opera tonight with boy, Mitch & Nai, & Maneesh.
-Sleep in late & stay in bed as long as possible.
-Clean bedroom & get rid of some stuff.

Sick as a dog so didn't go to the gym at all. Snowed a ton so was pretty much totally unproductive all weekend. Sigh.

Today:

I finally brought enough snacks & stuff that I think I can probably stay with it today. I don't think I was eating enough the first time I tried - today is a new day! Viva la diet.
