Week of November 22, 2004: Redux

What I'm doing...

-Don't completely pig out on thanksgiving stuff. Eat mostly veggies and turkey, stay away from the stuffing and potatoes. (Sigh. I so love stuffing and potatoes.)
-Water. Lots of water.
-Take vitamin every day.
-Go to the gym at least three times.

Ok so not fabulous, but not too bad. And to my credit, even with the holiday in there I went to the gym twice. We won't talk about what having three thanksgivings this week did for my diet though.

Next week:

-Start experimenting with cult recipes. Stay within points.
-Water.
-Vitamins.
-Gym at least three times.
-Try not to get too stressed out by work. As peter said, it's only work.

Week of November 15, 2004: Redux

What I'm doing...

-Drink at least three little bottles of water a day. That will translate to 48 oz of water, at least. Hopefully does not translate to my teeth floating away at work.
-Start going to gym again. Even once a week. I'm paying for the damn thing, I should USE it. Sheesh.
-Fix templates on this and other Blogger site. Things are still screwy on both, at least a little.
-Cook instead of eating out.

So this has been a good week! I went to the gym three times. My mile time is pathetic again, but baby steps. In fact, I ran 2.5 miles just this morning and two yesterday. Go me.

Except for Monday, I was good with the water. While my teeth are floating at work, I guess it's good for me so I should keep it up.

On the cooking front, being deathly poor will help. So yay for that too. Also I joined the Cult, so now I have all these new fun recipes and stuff to try. Goal is to lose 18 lbs by January 30. That would rule. And also, then I would get a keychain.

This week:

New blog, new goals

Ok, so I'm starting a lot of things over. Need to get back on track.

Goals for this week:
