Week of November 29, 2004: Redux
What I'm doing...
-Start experimenting with cult recipes. Stay within points.
-Water.
-Vitamins.
-Gym at least three times.
-Try not to get too stressed out by work. As peter said, it's only work.
So not bad, but not great. Though I have to say I was MOSTLY within points, but I totally blew it with a bunch of beer on Wednesday. I went to the gym twice. That was ok but not great, one of hte days I was going to go I just got really pissed & stressed at work, and also was stuck there till 5:30 because of morons. So no gym that day. (That also prompted the beer)
This week:
-Stay withing points.
-Water & vitamins.
-Gym at least three times.
-Try to tolerate work, as only three more weeks and then I'll have another four day weekend.
That's enough, I think.
