Today has been fairly productive. Well, I haven't done crap at work, but I don't think anyone wants to close between Christmas and New Years, so there isn't crap for me to do. It's not like I'm avoiding doing stuff I'm supposed to do.
Anyway. I actually did:
-pay my bills & mail them
-register for that stupid alcohol education class
-visit the gyms
-drink 2 liters of water, a little bottle of juice, and only one redbull today at work
However, I also:
-haven't paid my Sprint bill or car insurance
-haven't stopped eating crap at work, as I had about 5 reeses cups this afternoon. sigh.
Am having dilemmas about this gym thing. Here it is - 24 H0ur fitness is more expensive ($20 a month more) than G0ld's. However, they have a pool and are closer to my work. Also I liked it better there, it seemed just full of regular people getting their workout on. G0lds is less expensive, but they have no pool (do I need a gym with a pool?) and less other amenity-type things. It is also full of guys lifting and seems a little meathead-ish. It was kind of intimidating, frankly.
Would I get over that? Not sure. I am going back tonight for tours of both - that way I can see the afterwork crowds and also see if I still find G0ld's to be intimidating. We shall see.
